Agus Widjayanto is a highly respected legal professional with extensive expertise in land and property law. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Universitas Trisakti and a Master of Humanities in Law from Universitas Gadjah Mada. With over three decades of dedicated service in the Indonesian Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), he has played a pivotal role in shaping Indonesia's land administration policies. Throughout his distinguished career at the Ministry of ATR/BPN, he has held numerous high-ranking positions, including Director General of Land Dispute and Conflict Resolution, where he was responsible for overseeing the resolution of complex land disputes and conflicts across the country.
